Please send us these items in advance:
-Your best contact number for the trial day
-A photo of yourself with your daily makeup on or how you have had it done in the past
-Your inspo photos for your wedding day hair and makeup
-Any allergies or things we should know ahead of time so we can properly prep our kits for you
On the trial day – hair trial:
-Please have clean and dry hair. An extra fee will be added on if a blow dry/style is needed or added
-Please have your inspo photos and any accessories you plan to use in your hair (if you have them)
On the trial day – makeup trial:
-Please have only moisturizer on your skin and if you plan to do photos afterwards, we recommend bringing a touchup lip color just in case you need it later on in the day
-Please have your inspo photos available for reference
Things to consider (because we will probably ask you):
-Do you have oil/dry/balanced skin?
-What is drawing you to the photos you sent us? The eyes? The skin? The contouring?
-Is there anything you know you definitely do not like done with your makeup?
For example: You don’t like coral toned blush or black liquid liner.
-Does your hair hold a curl? If so, what do you normally use to curl it? A wand/flat iron or curling iron?
-How do you normally style your hair? Will you feel comfortable and still feel “like yourself” with the hair style you are thinking of doing on your wedding day?
All of this is super helpful and allows us to truly personalize and fine tune your wedding day look for you!
A deposit will be required to hold your event date with our team as well as a signed service agreement. These two items must be given to us within 24 hours of one another. If we do not receive BOTH a signed service agreement AND a deposit within 24 hours of one another, the date will continue to be shown as available for other potential clients to book with our team. Having a trial date held with us does not secure your wedding date with our team. All dates remain open and available until we have received both items from you. Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable in ALL cases and under ALL circumstances, including force majeures or any COVID related event. By signing our service agreement, you are agreeing to and accepting this deposit policy.
Your final balance is due 14 days prior to the event. This date will be shown on your service agreement that you signed to secure your date. On that said date, the most current service numbers you have provided us with by that time and the associated balance due with that service count, are locked in and due to BayAreaBeautiful in order for us to fulfill the service agreement. If the client fails to provide payment for the entire agreement at 14 days prior to the event, BayAreaBeautiful has the right to void the contract per it’s own discretion. The client is responsible for all service balances shown on the agreement at that time and no refund will be given for bridal party, family or bridal service changes or cancellations after that said date has passed.
The full payment for your bridal trial is due on the date of your agreed upon service appointment. BayAreaBeautiful will send you an invoice and email confirming this appointment prior to that date so you have all of the information you need to complete that service payment. We require a 48 hour cancellation notice in order for you to no longer be responsible for the service payment. If you cancel within 48 hours of your trial appointment, you will still be responsible for paying for the full amount of the trial service. This amount will be credited toward the time held aside for you by the artist you were booked with.
We will never share, sell or distribute your personal information collected from our client inquiry page or promotional email sign up. The sole purpose of these information fields is to help us better assist you and enable us to respond to your inquiry or questions wholly and accurately. If you have privacy concerns about information we have collected from you, please do not hesitate to reach out and ask us. Thank you in advance.
In the event of fire, accident, flood, pandemic, act of God, or other causes beyond the parties control that prevent performance of the services, the parties release each other from the terms and obligations described here and from damages resulting from non-performance. In no event shall either party be liable for lost profits, sales, or any incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages arising from any breach of this Agreement. **COVID is not considered an unforeseen circumstance.**
Client and all parties obtaining services from BayAreaBeautiful agree that they will not, directly or indirectly, make or ratify any defamatory comments, reviews or remarks as defined by law, in writing, orally or electronically, about BayAreaBeautiful and their respective products and services. By receiving services, you agree to this contract stipulation whether or not contract is signed by the party obtaining the service. Failure to abide by this policy may result in legal action being taken.
Our agency reserves the right to medical privacy and does not agree to and can not be held liable for any regulations, requests, or discussion that invade medical privacy. For example but not limited to: vaccinations of any kind, proof of vaccinations, tests, temperature checks, medical devices or release of medical conditions or history, contact tracing, in order to perform services at the contracted event. Our top priority is providing an amazing experience and making you feel your most beautiful, and will absolutely be sure to keep everyone's health and safety in mind while working together. By booking and/or accepting services by any artist working with or for our agency, you are agreeing to this above stated policy whether there is a written contractual agreement or there is not. There will be no refunds or deposit transfers once a contract has been signed if there are new requests in COVID mandates or restrictions that were not previously applied to the event at the time of signing and would require us to infringe upon this above stated policy. We appreciate your understanding.
We are a solely onsite hair and makeup glam team. We do not work in an office and do not have a salon home base. We specialize in luxury onsite beauty services and are typically with clients or in appointments during business hours. With that being said, we answer our emails, often in between clients or in the evening when we get home. Normally we are unable to get to emails at all on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays due to onsite events and long travel days. Please be patient in our responses, we promise we are not ignoring you!
